Six month professionalization contract

• The training of the tutor is financed (according to the collective agreements of the professional sector)
• The trainee gets a salary depending on age and level of education (between 55% and 100 % of the SMIC/ minimum wage in France)

TRAINING:

• Welcome and integration : one day (7 hours)
• Merchandising – Window  dressing : 7 days (49 hours)
• Sales : 6 days (42 hours)
• Sales communication : 2 days (14 hours)
• Handling difficult situations :: 2 days (14 hours)
• English: 2 days (14 hours)
• Training report: 4 days (28 hours)
• TOTAL : 24 days (168 hours)
